Overall, the tour was really good. We visited several hotels and a cemetery. Our tour guide, Sean, was well versed and really did a good job. Some of the history of San Antonio that he mentioned would not be found in other places (i.e. Gov Navarro's place was actually a brothel after he died). We decided to ride only because we were walking all day on the river walk. One drawback was the other ghost tour! We ran into them twice and they showed how unprofessional they are. Our tour guide did not have to bad-mouth them, as they showed it, twice interrupting our tour by being loud and obnoxious. Definitely go with Sisters Grimm!

We learned more about Madam Mae, what she does for a living, what concerts she’s going to, and her cats than we did about anything paranormal. In short, she talked about herself most of the time. She ruined the TV clips on the bus by standing next to the TV and pantomiming the entire clip - gestures and all. To top it off, she had the audacity to ask everyone on the bus to give her a round of applause at the end, and then told us all about her car problems that needed to be fixed, and that we should all tip her so she could afford to go see the same band, in four different cities, in five days. Seriously? By the way, make sure you’re NOT the last ones on the bus, as the back row (where we we crammed in like sardines) gets ZERO air conditioning. The difference between being comfortable and miserable was one row. My wife and I had to sit in two random seats away from each other in order not to melt. Complete disappointment, start to finish; I’d give negative stars if I could.

The tour was incredibly informative and spooky! Our tour guide, Madam Mae, was incredibly knowledgeable on the history, and about the various apparitions that still roam about the haunted hotels and other buildings in San Antonio. A thrilling experience to say the least. Some tourists, including me, actually got some photos of possible anomalies! Would highly recommend!
