We loved our tour! The tour was more historical in nature with lots of info from the early days of San Antonio. We had a great tour guide named Sean and a fabulous bus driver named Flip. This tour is the only one to go inside the Menger and Sheraton Hotels. The architecture alone is worth the visit! I rarely give 5 stars but this one was worth it.

We based our entire day on the fact that we had to be at Sisters Grim by a certain time for our tour. We get there and our group stood around for well over 30 minutes being told "hold on it will be a few more minutes as we're having some issues". Finally, we were told the tour was canceled. What a huge disappointment for our group of about 20! We were offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule. Since we're not tourists and we live in San Antonio, we decided to reschedule for about 3 weeks in the future. And guess what? Once again, we based our entire day around having to be at Sisters Grim by a certain time and ONCE AGAIN THEY CANCELED ON OUR GROUP!!! What the heck is going on with this place? Am I just having crazy bad luck or is this probably a trend with this poorly run business?? I'm thinking it's a trend as other reviews state they have been canceled after they show-up. This said, save the aggravation of wasting your day and disappointment of the tour being canceled and book your ghost tour with a more reliable ghost tour. Heck, there's one only about a 5-minute walk away from Sisters Grim.

Hi Austin, I think you might have us confused with a different company. Give us a call at 210-638-1338. We have definitely not cancelled any tours especially with a group of 20 people. Thanks.

Spooky Suze and Flip were great. Great locations from beautiful hotels to graveyards. Good balance of history and ghost stories.
