“Madam Mae” was our tour guide and was knowledgeable, funny, and entertaining. She gets bonus points for her Victorian costume and day job in the funeral industry. The tour is a trip through historical San Antonio’s dark side, so be prepared for stories of some pretty awful human behavior and creepy settings. The bus takes you to most of the locations, but wear walking shoes to fully enjoy the cemetery. This tour will inspire you to book a room at the Menger Hotel and think twice about the ground you walk on in downtown San Antonio.

Madame Mae was a great tour guide! She dressed the part, knew the information and was funny and entertaining! We really enjoyed the tour and want to go again! Definitely a must!
