My son and I had a great time on the Ghost Bus. Madam Mae was a lot of fun. She kept our interest with her knowledge of all things haunted in SA. I absolutely recommend this tour.

The ghost bus tour with James as our guide was awesome! He was very PUNNY and had amazing stories and history to tell! My boyfriend and I had a great time exploring the haunted San Antonio whereabouts. I went back today to the gift shop to purchase the book written by James and Lauren as well as a Menger Hotel keychain so that I could keep part of this experience with me. I definitely recommend this tour for everyone! :)

This is the 20th-something ghost tour I've done all around the country and world, and it's what I think a ghost tour should be; well educated guides, humorous, dark, without a bunch of campfire hocus pocus telling you "what the ghosts feel" or using silly detecting equipment. Sean, our guide, was a great public speaker, was kind enough to mask up inside the bus and buildings, and has a passion for his job that created the fun and memorable experience we had. The tour starts at and goes inside the Menger Hotel followed by a handful of other locations, some of which you also go inside properties which is exciting. During travel time there is also narration and jokes. This is a great way to see haunted and dark history sights across the city -- not possibly on a walking tour. Note that if you have mobility issues, you may stay on the bus but you will be missing out on a large and great part of the tour; this bus is to get you to various locations where you get out and explore, not a standard stay-on-the-bus tour you may have experienced before. It's nice to have a traditionally run tour without all the mumbo-jumbo made popular by all the ghost hunter TV shows that I feel make for lazy tours and less storytelling and historical experiences; this tour avoids all of those modern tropes that make some ghost tours lazy and all about ridiculous devices and less about the actual dark history of the area they are guiding you though. Kudos for Sisters Grimm on that one, and I hope you keep your tours in this format in the future. They also have great little gift shop and friendly, accommodating staff inside.
