Their hit “Rocket 2 U” was nominated for a Grammy in 1988 and the band’s music is still among the most popular on contemporary radio stations across the country.

I'm a fan of the Jets from back when I lived in Minneapolis in the early to mid 80's. They broke big locally and then very big worldwide with five top-ten singles and two number one's on the AC chart. You'll remember songs like "You Got It All," and "Crush On You." The original band was made up of eight siblings from a family of SEVENTEEN! The Vegas act is led by three of the original members (brothers) who are joined by a younger sister that was not in the original band and a cousin who handle the female vocal parts. They bring a show faithful to the original band spending most of the show as a retrospective of 80's pop music. You'll hear music from Madonna's "Vogue" to Devo's "Whip It" and everything in between. They mix in their top five hits. For me, I would have liked to hear more of their own music. The show is non-stop ENERGY. There's basically no break in the music at all. Medley after medley are delivered with that signature synth-driven Minneapolis sound and an energy that outsizes the room. The downside is that the sound system in this room is insufficient to deliver a concert event. Worse, the mix in the house was terrible. Vocals got buried and the synth that's so in-your-face from this era is barely heard. That said - GO SEE THIS SHOW! Their energy alone is infectious!

I love the Jets! I had so much fun at this show. I felt like a teenager again. There was continuous entertainment from the beginning to the end. I thought that it was awesome that the band was made primarily of all family members! This is an entirely talented family! I had front row seats, but I had to get up and move to the back so I could dance. I would go back and see the show again! Thank you!

First of all let me start by saying that I’ve been a Jets fan since I was a kid and actually saw them in KC in 1987! So I was so so excited to see this show! So there were 8 siblings in the original Jets from the 80’s and although only Haini, Rudy, and Leroy are the only original members from the band, there were still 17 siblings total and plenty of younger siblings to continue the legacy and they did not disappoint! The venue is small, taking place at the V Theater in Planet Hollywood but the show was sold out! They only perform on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. And now for the 80’s & 90’s Experience! Not only did they perform their own songs, but they sing and dance to many songs we all know and love from the 80’s and 90’s! From Bobby Brown, Boys II Men, BBD, Salt N Pepa, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and more! What a high energy show! Don’t be afraid to get up and dance! My mom is 70 and she was up there in the aisle dancing! The sound was loud and lots of good bass which was fine but sometimes the music overpowered the vocals but the girls did great! There was no way you could fight the urge to sing along and even dance in your seat! At the end of the show the band comes out for a meet and greet and photo op which was awesome, just kinda wish they had a professional photog there to take pix for purchase, my cellphone pic was lousy with the lighting! Overall the show gets 5 stars from me and I would totally go and see them again! And I’m sure I will!
