Arrived an hour before as requested, they checked us in and we hung around for an hour waiting for the boat to leave. Around 11.00am when we should have departed they said it was cancelled as the boat was damaged. They offered a refund or re-book the following day but it was our last day. Half a day wasted.

We drove all the way from Orlando to be on time for their tour without stopping for lunch and even giving miss to an extra coffee along the drive to be on time for what we were looking forward to as a sunset dolphin tour in the Key West And we did reach bang on time after a 7 hour drive As soon as we reached we were told that we have been bumped off for what was a fully paid confirmed tour booked 2 months in advance because they got a 50 person charter booking Our entire day was ruined, and we will end paying for an exorbitant hotel night at the Key West and feel frustrated and angry They could not even send an email informing us of such a unilateral change. No options offered, just a plain refund of just the base fare. Completely unashamed for treating customers like this. Worst we are booked for an all day tour with them tomorrow and worried about how that will turn out Honestly we don't even feel like paying them for another tour after such a crappy first experience.
