We have done multiple trips with Sunset, each one a little different but a 5 star experience each time. All of the captain's and crew are so friendly and truly want you to have a great time. I would recommend any of their excursions to anyone who wants to have a good time out on the water in Key West.

Only 2 crew members for a boat with 30 people. It did not feel safe. The water was too rough to snorkel and we did not see dolphins. Crew was very nice.

Greetings, Sorry for the less than ideal weather conditions. We do give everyone the chance to reschedule prior to the trip, but your group chose to go on the trip. Your trip had 26 guests on it which is well within our safety regulations for 2 crew.

Weather was bad and the went anyway. I try to postpone it and the Saudi it was too late. Even thought they told me otherwise
