We are avid gamers who love escape rooms, video games, geocaching and family board games so this was a delight but also something completely new. The element of being detectives on the hunt for local stories led to some really memorable short interactions with locals as we explored the French Quarter. It gave us both creative opportunities and ways to engage with locals we would have walked by. It was also really fun to work as a family team on a game where everyone had different skills to bring to the table. The fact Tara was a live interacting host on WhatsApp, in our pocket, added a lot of value to this game. I would absolutely recommend it to others. On the road trip we are on we’ll be heading for her two other hunt locations in Colorado soon. Great value for your money.

This scavenger hunt is a fun way to spend a few hours in New Orleans. The interactive hunt consists of a list of challenges to complete with the guidance of a live mc via WhatsApp. The challenges focused on exploring the city with all senses, connecting with locals and local customs, working as a team and thinking outside the box. Note that it is not a self-guided sightseeing tour of the city - no suggested walking route is provided and no information on sites is part of this activity.

Glad you had fun! I loved your great photos! That is correct that this is not a walking tour or traditional scavenger hunt of New Orleans.. its a free form exploration of creative challenges and social experimentation. That is an unpredictable element that makes each hunt and experience different than any other.. the guests are the magic that fuels the adventure!

When I booked this I absolutely didn’t know what to expect! I really went on a complete rabbit hole adventure in a different alias, got to step out of my mind, and just be one with this little bubble world of New Orleans. by the end I felt and got an experience you’d normally have to live there 6 months to get! Surprisingly enough I also felt I grew as a person. I chose to challenge myself and asked Sherlock & fig to motivate me out of my comfort zone to really do something meaningful in the name of adventure! This city is super unique and packed with excitement & so many people with many stories, talents, personalities. I feel connected to this place now and have a lot of great stories of my own to tell just after a few hours. If you have time to do anything- I forsure 100% completely recommend this.
