What To Expect

Tampa Theatre

Built in 1926, it is one of the most elegant buildings in Tampa. It is also one of the most haunted. This visit will take place from the outside, but the theatre's guests from years ago greet you at the door. Take photos in front of the famous TAMPA marquee.

Sacred Heart Catholic Church

Erected in 1860, it is one of the oldest active churches in the state. Haunted by past priests, guests, and people who went there for sanctuary but found pain and anguish. This visit will take place from the outside.

Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park

Across from the beautiful University of Tampa, this classic old park is named after the former Mayor of Tampa. It's the perfect view of minarets if UT. The haunts and history of this location will blow your mind!

Downtown Tampa

Walk the streets that have bricks from ballast boats over one hundred years ago. However, it's what's below the bricks that still haunt downtown. The legends of the Native Tribes will shock you. Watch your step!

This was a fantastic tour with so much history and fun details about many historical figures, some known, some not so much. Rose Ann was an excellent guide. The tour took us to so many great places and Rose Ann had so much to share for each location. She answered questions and really kept us all engaged…even the two teenagers we brought along. I would highly recommend this tour and would have rated it higher if I could have.
