What To Expect

Argentine Pass

Drive to 13,132 feet and enjoy spectacular views of the Continental Divide, and nearby 14,000ft peaks. Travel through historic ghost towns, mines, and explore the true high country well above treeline. You decide the difficulty as we work our way higher and higher up the mountain. With a network of roads and varying terrain, you can be mild or push it to the top. Please note: we offer a variety of trails and this attraction is located on only of the trails. Trails are decided upon together with the client based on weather conditions on the day of the excursion and based on the difficulty level the client would like to select. Length – Variable depending upon season Difficulty – Medium to Difficult

St. Mary's Glacier

Saint Mary's Glacier is a pristine, semi-permanent mountain snowfield perched above St. Mary's lake in Arapaho National Forest near Yankee Hill Road. Often described as the best of Clear Creek County Jeeping, Yankee Hill Road is a classic traverse of mining roads and Jeep trails that feature steep climbs, big rocks, washed out crossings, and downright challenging obstacles. A maze of trails that can be explored from various start points, Yankee Hill Road is a Colorado jewel. Please note: we offer a variety of trails and this attraction is located on only of the trails. Trails are decided upon together with the client based on weather conditions on the day of the excursion and based on the difficulty level the client would like to select. Length – Variable Difficulty – Moderate

Bill Moore Lake Trail

Bill Moore Lake is a beautiful high country lake situated at over 11,000 feet and surrounded by groves of aspen and pine. A road that would challenge most stock SUVs, Bill Moore Lake can be a great challenge with a wonderful reward at the end. Please note: we offer a variety of trails and this attraction is located on only of the trails. Trails are decided upon together with the client based on weather conditions on the day of the excursion and based on the difficulty level the client would like to select. Length – 4.5 miles Difficulty – Moderate to Difficult

We had a great time. We did the full day tour and it was totally worth it. I learned a lot about how to use the Jeep and techniques for climbing. The sights were awesome. There were spots that were steep and we thought we are going that way? We are so glad that we went on those paths. It was so fun and I can't wait to do it again another time.

Excellent and exciting tour! I learned so much about technique and the functionality of the 2020 Rubicon. The tour operators are both knowledgeable and very capable. Their professionalism inspires confidence for even the most inexperienced driver. Best of all Branden and Alma are instructive, communicative and committed to creating a fantastic day of adventure. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in exploring the stunningly beautiful trails in and around Clear Creek County. When all other hiking trails, parks and tours were very crowded, we encountered only two other vehicles on the trail during a very busy tourist season. A fantastic and memorable day we will never forget!! Thank you Branden and Alma!!
