Four of us went up to do the zip line and it was a great experience. Word of caution...depending on which road you take be aware that one may close during certain times of the day for construction. If you have to pee there are not many opportunities as you are going up the mountain...lol Back to the tour part, our guides Poncho and Pica (I may have totally spelled their names wrong) were fabulous. We had one person in the group absolutely terrified of heights. She was able to do a tandem zip with Poncho for a few of the lines before having to decide if she wanted to head back to the lodge or do the last two on her own. The view is absolutely worth the trip and the guides made us feel safe at all times. They also had some great recommendations for lunch spots in town. I highly recommend this adventure. It was my 3rd time zip lining and by far the best experience.

It was my first time ziplining and I was both terrified and excited. The equipment was all fitted properly and they had helmets you could attach your go pro or go pro alternative to. All you need is the waterproof case and they will sort it for you. The guides were really friendly and helpful the whole time and very accommodating if you are a little nervous. We started with the Tarzan swing which was an adrenaline rush but a lot of fun. There were then 14 ziplines in total and a rappel about halfway through. I didn’t do it as I was being a wimp but my friend did it and said it was really fun, especially climbing back up through the tree. The final two lines were 800m and 350m long and were above the trees so you got an incredible view right across Monteverde National Park. It was an amazing few hours!

Wonderful Activity with great views and a lot of fun. The guides were really nice and even took pictures from us. This is supposed to be the less extreme one but for me it was really exciting and a great experience.
