The Original City Loop Electric Bicycle Tour

Overview
Explore areas off limits to tour buses on this truly authentic experience. This bike ride takes you through the best neighborhoods in San Francisco. Explore 11 different locations, countless photo stops and the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge, all with a local guide!

Our E-bikes are an absolute pleasure to ride and the best part of all is that there is no pedaling required. You will easily navigate San Francisco’s infamous hills with ease.

This San Francisco tour is our most popular bike option because you get to see our beautiful City by the Bay in a way that you can't on a traditional tour bus. This is also the premier way to ensure you cover all your “must do’s” while you’re in town, including an extended stop at the Golden Gate Bridge, a ride through Fisherman's Wharf and the historic Presidio.

On our first day in San Francisco we did the 6 hour electric bike tour with Jim. We thought the electric bikes were easy to use and most of the tour is not in areas with much car traffic such as Golden Gate Park. We stopped at a great spot to pick up lunch and Jim then took us to a place to have our picnic while enjoying the nice view over the beach. He gave us plenty of time to take pictures where we wanted and took them for us anytime we asked - he also pointed out great photo op places. Jim is from San Francisco and his knowledge and fun attitude was what made the tour fun - he was able to answer the many questions we had. If you are comfortable on a bike, this tour is a great way to spend a day and was the highlight of our trip.

Thank you for sharing your experience of your recent electric bicycle tour - I'll be sure let Jim know you enjoyed the day. As you said, the e-bikes are a great way to see locations in the city where the "big buses" can't go - and they are a lot of fun to ride! Thank you, Dylan

We had a positive experience booking with Dylan’s and a wonderful time touring the sights on electric bikes with our guide, Jim. This is one of the most unique ways to see the city. You can see a lot of sites much faster than walking and much easier than being in a large tour group. The bikes are so easy to ride, even for first time riders. All it takes is a quick trip down the street. You pedal once or twice, slightly engage the throttle, and you can immediately feel the power kick in. Neither of us are “bike riders” (one hasn’t ridden for over 15 years), but honestly, the bikes were so easy and fun. If you are unsure, I say, just go for it!
