West Village

Explore the Landmarked historic West village - secluded gardens, winding tree lined streets, stunning multi-million dollar houses from the 1800’s, classic immigrant tenement buildings, the narrowest house in NYC, Movie sites and much much more!

Friends Apartment Building

We can't take a walk through the west village without stopping by the Friends building! But there are SO many more stories we can tell you about this famous block!

This was much more than a food tour. This gave us the experience of really feeling the culture of the area. Our guide, Robin, was immensely knowledgeable about everything in the area and its rich history. This is a must do coming to New York…. And the tastings were incredible!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Great overview of the history and culture of Greenwich Village. Excellent food tastings at locally owned restaurants--adding up to a very hearty meal. You won't go away hungry.

3 hrs of zigzagging the neighborhood. But the stops were good. It would've been better if we went in a straight line or circle to end up back at the beginning, but the cultural part of the tour was interesting, just a little long.

Thank you so much Jean and we're happy that you enjoyed the stops, but your tour route actually was a circle and you ended your tour across the street from your starting point, and all of our tours end within a block or two from where they start and and NEVER more than a mile of walking over the three hours.
