Tour guide was awesome! But, the check in guy was TERRIBLE! We arrived to the check in point with mobile tickets but instead of reading the tickets with a scanner or something they just have a printed paper list. He asked for my last name and apparently I was not on the list so I showed him my mobile tickets (if you know people will have mobile tickets you need a device to read them!) he said that he didn’t understand a thing since my first language is spanish and my app settings are in that language! So I had to change my settings to english so he could understand a ticket where it’s basically hour departure, party size and my name wich is THE SAME IN EVERY LANGUAGE! Well, I showed him step by step where I clicked to get my tickets because he was 100% SURE I didn’t download them correctly when I already had them in my iWallet. It’s common sense that if you have a ticket in your iWallet it’s because it’s downloaded or checked in correctly, but this sir continued to say that it was not checked in! Then when I lended him my phone so he could see by himself, he made the same steps I had made DAYS ago to download the tickets and he said “I just checked in for you, you never checked in that’s why you are not in the list” and I told him that I had made the exact same thing DAYS AGO, he kept saying that i was not on his list so he asked me to step aside and wait if someone didn’t make it to the tour I could go. By this point I was really pissed and I asked him what if everyone showed up, besides the charges where already made to my card and he just told me that I had to complain to the ticket company. While I was waiting a lady on her 60’s asked for information about the tour and he told her that she was not elegible for the tour and said something about her age, when the lady got mad he tried to say something about the parh being uneven and that she could fall! Basically the tour is walking around the city a few blocks. Well the lady and her husband left really angry by this guys attitude. By the time everyone on the line had checked in he asked me to come forward to see what he “could do”. Suddenly he moved the list page and had a second page UNDERNEATH he never showed me and that’s where my name was!!! I pointed at my name on the list and he said “oh, I didn’t see you the first time” of course he didn’t, he never moved the top page! Obviously he never apologized to me or the other lady, I would not recommend this tour just because of that guys rude attitude.

We are sorry you had a bad experience October has huge crowds, and we do our best to manage them, at times it can be be overwhelming to say the least. Im glad the guide was great! I only asked you to step to the side so we could work this out and we did. You joined the tour and left on time. However I NEVER told a woman she was not eligible because of her age NEVER But we are glad the tour was great!

I believe my tour guide held back on some information about Salem due to the fact that there were children that had started crying when she talked about the hangings of the witch , so I advise not taking kids on the tour and upset that we didn't het to walk into any of the buildings or the cemetery for the first one they brought us by along with a lot of other tours going on it was crowed and when a group walked near by to their next stop everything in our group would stop
