Best tour ever! Our tour guide was Bobby! He was so educational, and fun! Loved the dad jokes! If you want a tour that really goes depth into the history of Salem, then this is the one for you! Also do a tour anytime around 6pm or after! The night vibes were so fun!

Really liked our tour guide. She wasn’t the average blah blah blah. Very Interesting information you wouldn’t get on most of the tours. She was great!

The tour guide 70 year old Joseph (I think that was his name) was HORRIBLE! I found him rude, gruff, and has zero public relationship skills. He treated the group like an army unit, at one point saying "You're good at walking, but horrible at coming back together as a group". I personally feel that some people had a difficult time keeping up with his speed walking. He told us right up front that we were not going to see any ghosts because of all the people in Salem at this time. I overheard him tell someone else in the group after he saw another tour leader guiding their tour, "That tour guide is the one that got me into this crap". When we arrived at the site of the old Salem jail he said, "The first part of this tour is horrible, they make us do it, but now it will get better". I walked away from the tour after this last comment. He needs expert training if he is going to continue being a tour guide.
