Having been to Salem, Mass before and done a bunch of tours, I wanted to do something that was different yet the same. I booked this tour online for about $13 each person at the 7pm tour. We were not disappointed! We had Sarah, who was very nice and friendly. The tour itself starts off with a witch ritual and it goes from there. Its totally worth the money you spend and the time as well, I enjoyed it and so did my 18 yr old and my 12 yr old.

We travel quite a bit; been on many tours so we were looking for something different. And we found out! Tom, our tour guide was extraordinary! We had an evening tour. Tom started by gathering us all in an alley circled around a small altar where he performed a sacred circle ritual which involved chants, candles, incense and a sword! Oddly enough, it didn't seem weird at all! A few in our group did not take part but my husband and I were all in! At the end of the ceremony, before the walk, we ended up with a couple of stones that we hung on to for the rest of our 24 day trip. Now, we each have a stone to keep in our pockets. By the way, you need to know that ANYONE can go on this walk as it is mostly historical information. The "altar" is not offensive to Christians or anyone else so go ahead and do this. It is fun! After my husband commented that it would have been interesting to sit and chat with Tom because he was so interesting! We loved it so much that we sent him a tip after we got home! After the tour, I unfortunately had to run to the hotel across the street to use the restroom and when we came out, Tom and the group had already left. But, we didn't forget how good he was so we wanted to reward him! Thank you Tom for such a fascinating, different kind of fun and learning! Tom is very knowlegable, animated, and interesting. He is very passionate and knows his Salem history quite well.

I took this Walk when I visited with my family. I had my three small children who went on the walk we me (9,6,&7) and I could not believe how much we all learned! The tour guide took us to places that other tours don't and told us things that never get told. I am a huge fan of learning things about the little people and Tom did that! I loved most of all how he involved my kids and explained things so they could understand too! He really should me a new light and I have left Salem with a whole new way of looking at Salem, magic, how witches are viewed, and much more! I would recommend this to everyone of any age, race, or religion!
