A little bit of history, a whole lot of laughter! These guys are the real deal - funny, charismatic, engaging - and the rompers? There are no words. Their delivery is perfect, and while their stories are part fact and a whole lot of fiction, their take on the city of Savannah is one that you cannot miss. I was torn between watching them, and watching the faces of those we passed by. Thanks for the laughter! We will definitely be back!

We brought our Spanish exchange student on this rollicking tour of our home city, and the four of us laughed our patooties off for 90 minutes! Danny and Johnny Moron keep the energy high and the humor low as they gallivant in and around the trolley. Though they warned us that they'd included the bare minimum of Savannah history to please the Visitors Bureau, I did, in fact, learn a few things. For instance, watching the Moron Brothers hold up cards with the dates of every single major Savannah fire as we all sang along to "Fire" by the Ohio Players, ahem, seared it into my memory. We loved the stop at Ghost Coast Distillery, where the adults enjoyed a delicious cocktail while teenagers toured the distillery itself. The best part of this wacky and wonderful tour? The Moron Brothers running through confused street crowds brandishing a feather on a stick. You'll have to take the tour to find out why!

Thanks for the awesome review, Katherine! That feather on a stick bit is one of our favorite parts, and the stop at Ghost Coast adds a whole other level to the experience. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your tour with Danny and Johnny and hope to see you and back again - because you never know what to expect from them!

Let me clarify something. This isn't Savannah history. This is Savannah "history" at its finest. We took a spontaneous trip to Savannah for Labor day weekend. Neither of us have been here before. When we were at dinner Friday night trying to plan out our weekend, we stumbled upon the listing for Savannah for Morons and booked it. The price seems to be in line with any other Savannah trolley tour. They will pick you up at your hotel or you can meet them at the visitor's center. We decided to meet them at the visitor's center. Before the tour left, we had a chance to hang out with Dan and Johnny on the bus. They are funny, genuine good guys. Once everyone was on board, they did a rain dance, turned on the spot lights, showed us their spirit fingers and the tour began. If you're looking for a boring, point by point, history museum style tour of Savannah, don't book this. You will be upset. If you have a sense of humor and want to be entertained for an hour and a half while seeing the historic squares, the riverfront, the Spanish moss and Julia Roberts, I couldn't recommend the Morons more. They've only been doing this for a few weeks and are clearly learning as they go, but more so than that, they clearly give a crap about their craft. They want to entertain you. They are proud of the history of the city they inhabit and are unashamed to address its problematic history as well. We did both a "normal" tour and the Savannah for Morons tour and enjoyed this much more. Additionally, you get a pit stop at Savannah's only distillery and get a cocktail to help enjoy the bachelorette party zoo that is Savannah. 5 Stars. Would hit it again and tell my friends.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our new tour, Savannah for Morons! We're so happy you enjoyed the tour, and we agree, Danny and Johnny, while new to giving tours, take a lot of pride in the city, our history, and on providing a hysterical 90-min tour. We count ourselves lucky to have been able to team up with such great guys and be able to provide our customers with a unique Savannah experience. This has got to be one of our favorite reviews ever written. Please email me at [email protected] if you'd be okay with us using excerpts from your review in our marketing. Thank you!
