Do not waste your money to purchase for smoky mountains!!! Paid for two passes and was unable to use the shows at grand majestic no longer take sightseeing pass the smoky tours wouldn’t honor it either, everyone required reservations and was fully booked the week we were in if they did accept it. Needless to say I have two hundred dollar passes that will never get used. Save yourself time and money and buy tickets directly from the attractions you want to see. The only ones that would accept were for 20 or less making me pay 25 dollars at least over attraction site price in the long run. Plus I called customer service and it’s been over 36 hours and I am still waiting for them to get an answer from management as to why they are advertising attractions that no longer honor the pass.

Your unable to use passed at Ripleys anything so don’t waste your money on these passes! It will be cheaper to pay per attraction!! The aquarium wouldn’t accept our passes yet they still have trip advisor stickers all over their windows!

Terrible customer service was on hold for over an hour. Recorded message says your time is valuable apparently not. Sent an email still waiting on that been 3 hrs ago. Went to escapade gaming at the Island and was turned away because I purchased the 3 pass and they only accept the pass if you bought the 5 pass. Was told it's a marketing decision. So basically both businesses lost a customer today. Just Terrible and Disappointed
