Purchased this sightseeing pass and couldn't redeem it at one of the main attractions. NEED REFUND! And was told it could take up to 3 weeks!

Had a great time over the weekend. We bought two tickets and could go to up to 6 attractions. A few of the places we visited didn’t seem to know what to do with the passes but we didn’t have any problems getting inside. A couple didn’t even scan our barcodes so I guess we could have visited a couple of more attractions!
