Family Owen fun winery. We spend between 1 hour and 1.5 hours here depending on our schedule.

Frangipani Estate Winery

We visit Frangipani Estate Winery. Again we spend between 1 hour to 1.5 hours here depending on schedule. We sometimes enjoy our scheduled picnic lunch here but that depends on the group.

Palumbo Family Vineyards & Winery

We visit Palumbo Family vineyards.. Depending on schedule and the group we enjoy the picnic lunches here.

I never got picked up for The “pick up” spot. My friend and I Waited for about 45 mins for guide who was running late. I tried to even meet the guide closer for pick up and she never responded. I have called the company twice, emailed once, I still have not heard back from anyone yet. I have not been given a resolution. I was requesting to reschedule at first, but now I am asking for a full refund. The tasting was scheduled last Saturday November 12th, today is the 15th and no one has attempted to contact me.

PURCHASER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We paid for and had everything set up. The morning of our tour, they even texted us with our driver's name and number. We show up at the Park-n-Ride, and no one ever came. We tried calling, IM'ing on Facebook, chatting online, etc. No answer. Finally, after an hour waiting at the Park-n-Ride, some lady calls and says she's the "property manager" and apparently, the driver called in sick. She said she has nothing to do with the wine tours. No one bothered to advise us. She came and picked us up and drove us to one winery. That was it. I've been trying to reach them to get our money back (they even made us PRE-PAY for a tip!!!!) and I cannot reach anyone. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with, and you can't reach ANYONE!!!!!! I would NEVER ever use this company. You'll never reach anyone. Oh, and they owe us several hundred dollars in a refund!!!!!!!!!!
