Family Owen fun winery. We spend between 1 hour and 1.5 hours here depending on our schedule.

Frangipani Estate Winery

We visit Frangipani Estate Winery. Again we spend between 1 hour to 1.5 hours here depending on schedule. We sometimes enjoy our scheduled picnic lunch here but that depends on the group.

Palumbo Family Vineyards & Winery

We visit Palumbo Family vineyards.. Depending on schedule and the group we enjoy the picnic lunches here.

Do not use this company. We waited 3 hours for our 11 am wine tour pick up and were never picked up. It was excuse after excuse and we wasted our whole day waiting. The tour operator blamed the driver and the driver blamed the tour operator. It was a disaster. When I asked for a refund from the tour operator she said I had to get it from Viator but would t even refund our PREPAID gratuities.

We booked an 11 am tour. The tour company “pushed it” to a pick up of noon. We were then told we were out on the 1 pm tour but but 2 pm we still had not been picked up. The tour operator was rude, blamed it on the driver and then stopped communicating with me or Viator. It was a horrible experience.

This company is a complete scam and I lost almost $300 to them. I bought a 2-person tour through Groupon and scheduled it which redeemed by voucher. I received a confirmation email and pick-up instructions the day of my tour. My party waited in the Temecula county park and and ride parking lot for over 2 hours without being able to contact our host or this company. We were never picked up and never taken on our tour. Since then, we have been attempting to make contact via email and phone to get a refund for our tour and the company will not respond to any attempts to contact. This is a complete scam, they will literally just steal your money and then refuse to contact you. One of the absolute worst businesses I have ever encountered - go literally anywhere else unless you want to be scammed out of almost $300.00.
