• Complimentary Valet Parking: Upon arrival, go to the Jurassic Valet garage entrance. Present your valet ticket when you check-in at VIP Reception for validation. Not valid for self-parking.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled time and check-in at the VIP Reception located to the right side of the Park entrance next to Will Call. Present this ticket to the VIP reception, along with the credit card used for purchase and photo ID.

• Ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket may not be altered, copied, transferred or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person named on it, or when accompanied by the person named on it.

You can't beat the price..valet parking, at least 8 guided rides with no wait, nice buffet lunch, no hassles. Very knowledgeable guide, and get to know the families on the same tour. Perfect for out of towners to hit all the best rides in a day. The tour is for the whole day till 5pm, then we got to roam around on our own till 10pm. Kids had the best time!

We were looking forward to be at Universal Studios’ VIP Experience. My wife has been there before and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, our daughter fell sick and we couldn’t make it. The VIP Experience Team was thoroughly helpful and understanding providing us various options that best met our requirements. Experiences like this make us confident of the quality that is on offer at Universal Studios and we look forward to returning as entertainment is a people’s business and the Universal Studio’s Mgmt team should be proud to have such an excellent team managing their customer’s’ requirements. Would like to specifically thank Mr. Rachid Frihi for his patience and assistance thru the process. We will be back and highly recommend everyone else to check out the VIP Experience at Universal Studios. Thank you.

You really should split up your V.I.P. tours into a "Rides" tour and also a "Movie Set" tour. There were 3 of us there that were not the least bit interested in the rides. We just wanted to see the back lot movie sets. Had to walk around for 4 hours watching other peoples kids on rides while waiting to get to the interesting stuff.
