• COMPLIMENTARY VALET PARKING-Follow signs to Jurassic Valet. Keep valet ticket you will receive and present it at check-in at VIP Reception, for validation. Not valid for self-parking.
• YOU MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR TIME.
• PRESENT THIS TICKET TO VIP RECEPTION TO BEGIN YOUR VIP EXEPERIENCE. Show the credit card used for purchase and the card holder’s photo ID. VIP Reception is located to the right side of the Park entrance next to Will Call. By using this ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with this ticket.
• Ticket valid only for your selected date and time and includes 1-Day Park admission and unlimited (per day) express access to each ride, attraction, and seated show. Express access is a separate line with a shorter wait time at each ride, attraction, and seated show. (Does not apply to food and retail locations or non-seated shows.)
• Children must be at least 5 years old to attend, and at least 17 years old to attend without an accompanying adult.
• Ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket may not be altered, copied, transferred or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person named on it, or when accompanied by the person named on it. Ticket cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, Halloween Horror Nights or sightseeing tours.

We had the most amazing experience here! We splurged and booked the VIP tour and it was worth every penny from the second you pull up. We got free Valet parking so no walking forever or dealing with crowds. We made our way to the VIP check in lounge where we were greeted very kindly and led up to a beautiful VIP lounge where they had a bunch of breakfast options and nice waiting area as we waited for our guide to take us on the tour. Special shout out to Sara who was spectacular! She was very knowledgeable and kind. She took us around the park like a champ. No lines anywhere. We went straight to the front at every single one. The special access on the tram was awesome too. We then headed to lunch which was phenomenal. It was a buffet with tons of options. Another cool feature was that they had characters walk around each table and chat with the kids. So smart! Our girls loved it. This is the only way to do Universal. They make you feel like a true VIP. Again, thank you to our guide Sara, she really was amazing!

We booked the VIP experience due to limited time to visit Universal and it being Christmas Day.... and we're soooo pleased we did. It was a fabulous experience and took all the stress out of the day (unlike Disneyland, which was quite stressful trying to figure things out in a large crowd as overseas travelers). Our tour guide Bobby was AMAZING!! He was funny, passionate, knowledgeable, and he exceeded our expectations to make sure that our group of 12 had the best day (we all became fast friends on his tour). Everything was so well done... breakfast and lunch sorted, a delicious butterbeer stop, a wonderful tour of the studios, helpful star ratings for ride scariness (this helped my apprehensive son become a lover of Rollercoasters and try them all for our entire trip). The queue jumping alone saved us hours in our experience, it was an absolute pleasure. We will always remember our Christmas Day 2024, and Bobby played a huge part in our experience, so we thank him wholeheartedly. If you're going to Universal.... treat yourself and book this tour!! It's well worth every penny. Even in a big crowd, you feel safe, cared for, and like you're getting the full Universal experience and not missing anything.
