Bus arrived late and then some “technical issue” further delayed us — staying in a Disney resort with early entry thus wasted. If it hadn’t been complementary through the hotel the cost would have been higher than parking anyway, so choose carefully. Also of note — this bus drops off at the ticket center, not the park itself. Would easily have been better to park if that convenience matters to you. Otherwise bus was clean and driver friendly.

Friendly drivers and easy to book. Offered as part of our accomodation package but would be well worth booking these guys.

We used fabulous buses from our hotel on international drive to take us to Disney and universal on a number of occasions over our 10 day stay. Both drivers we had were fantastic, always friendly, welcoming and warm. Always making jokes and ensuing they were aware of the hotels they had to drop off at (so we didn’t have to go dancing at 2am! - you will understand this is you use the company!) Always on time, however the route to the parks is a bit round the houses due to the pick up’s. But it does get you there! Originally we were concerned about the limited options of buses, however after using them, they have hit the nail on the head for time required in the parks. The only criticism I would have were the busses themselves. Every so often they would let of this very annoying alarm for 10 seconds. You get used to it though!
