The drivers were very nice and helpful and they were reliable and on time. The big issue was the morning buses were over booked. There NO social distancing. Every seat was full plus people were standing in the aisles. They did require masks but on our whole trip to Disney, the only place I felt unsafe and that covid exposure was likely was on these buses.

They are used by Doubletree by Hilton near Disney Springs. Was supposed to pick us up at 9:10pm at Animal Kingdom in bus spot 7. We got to the pick up at 8:55, no bus in spot 7 and waited at spot 7. Bus never showed. Had to Uber back to hotel. Luckily hotel reimbursed us. Theme Park Express told hotel they made the pick up but never showed or were already gone before 8:55 for the 9:10 pick up time. Bad experience!! Will steer clear after this vacation and use hotel with their own private shuttle or stay at a Disney Resort and use their bus line.
