We visited as a group, arrived too early, then found out the first tour time could not accommodate us. So we waited. You see a long video presentation then are taken by guide on the tour. There is another video presentation, with commentary in between rooms by the guide. Our disappointment was there was less presentation by the guide, and many / most of the artifacts in the house were not original, some were even replaced by more modern pieces. We were hoping for a truly historical experience, and did not get it. But, it was still interesting to see / learn more about this part of our history.

I would recommend this site for anyone interested in American historical events. The guides are super and very knowledgeable regarding all aspects leading up to this historic presidential event. I was very pleased with my visit. I dont see it as a place young children would appreciate since to them it will be a house in which they just "cant touch". I do recommend it to all others though.
