Second time we have been on this cruise, I can say the staff on the ship are amazing, friendly and helpful. Picked up at our hotel and dropped at the wharf, directed to our seat which had views of Waikiki and a perfect view of the sunset as we sailed. A free MaiTai to greet us and the food was served, our server, Kensington, was outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable and patient under the pressure of serving multiple table. Steak and all-you-can-eat crab legs was superb and Kensington always on hand to replenish plates and drinks. The show started soon after dinner was served and it was a spectacular Polynesian adventure, good singing and dancing and some audience participation toward the end. This was altogether a fantastic experience and, although already our second time, will certainly do it again. One hot tip, try for a Friday night as the Hilton put on a free firework display that is visible from the ship around 1945.

Great time I was never was aware that there was no A/C or any type of air ventilation so it became very uncomfortable besides that it was a great show and the waitress was great but just had to many tables to attend to.

The Staff were very nice and accommodating, going above and beyond their normal duties. My travel companions and I noticed that no one was tipping the serving staff, which was a true shame! The service we received and witnessed them providing with great efficiency deserved a monetary acknowledgement other than what we believe is their minimal pay (same as dinning in a restaurant on land!). The show was great! The dancers performed around tables and individuals walking back and forth during the show with great ease, never losing their balance or detracting from their performance. As for the food, it was exceptionally good! All of the food courses were were on point! The Lobster was my particular favorite as it was the best that I've ever tasted in my 54 years! This is definitely a cruise worth taking when you have the chance.
