Linda, the guide was great, giving us detailed information about the history of the Civil War era on Hilton Head. Geography, battles, technology of the era, lives of local people. Very informative.

Jim was a very informative presenter and knew his history. We were expecting there to be more Civil War artifacts, though.

Loved the historical context. Came for the talk about the civil war activity in the area. Lecturer was fantastic. Her presentation was riveting and captured the attention of those in attendance. We did not get enough time to explore the whole area so we will be back before we leave this historical island.
