Seeing the babies and being able to pet them. seeing how well the animals were being taken care of. glad the animals have someone who cares for them

The place is closed, I drove a whole hour to figure that out. I think it is very sloppy to accept ticket money and not be in business at the moment. Take away the option to buy tickets if it’s closed and tickets are not refundable. I am beyond upset.

Hi Miranda. Sorry to hear that you came after your set hours, tripadvisor tickets works great and we've never had any problems in two years until now. We have a phone number that you could have called prior to driving all the way here thats open 24/7. It clearly states that you must make a reservation prior to arrival and stay within that time frame. Your reservation was confirmed and set from 10am-12pm yet you came after. If you would have at least called us, we would have refunded you. All you had to do was contact us. Thank you for the feedback, God Bless.

This place is such a delight🌻 Took my grandkids today and they had a blast! Alex is a great host🌻 my favorite part were the llamas 🦙 and Oscar the 🐐 he’s full of himself🤣🤣
