Our guide Anna was great. Very informative and on point with suggestions. Just enough time to eat and shop, without getting bored.

Not worth the price... The only good thing was that we got to and from faster than we would normally get across. Other than that I'll will be nice and leave it at that...

I've been on several Viator tours in many places and all have been outstanding, except this one. We did not go to the advertised cultural center, the shopping was basically one street for being solicited to buy overpriced tourist junk, and our tour of historical sites was a description of two statues. Other than that , we mostly rode around in a big van being told what the major grocery stores were, where the next Hilton was being built, and about a dog-track, casino, and soccer club owner who likes exotic animals. It was depressing and boring. Unfortunately, I think we did get an accurate tour of the best Tijuana has to offer.
