Very poor customer service. My husband and I were asked to move and I wanted to stay on a stool at the bar. I said I didn’t want to move and then the Captain said he wasn’t asking he was telling us out o move because a larger party wanted to sit together. The conversation became heated and I was called a name. Then we chose to leave the boat while the crew yelled at us. Very disappointed. I have requested a refund but haven’t received it yet

Great experience! We even saw dolphins! Our operator was great. Our own music/drinks, etc. so much fun.
