We allow service animals only. A service animal is any dog that has been trained to perform tasks to benefit an individual. The work performed must be directly related to the individual’s disability. According to the ADA, service animals for emotional support, therapy, comfort or companionship are not considered service animals. The guest requiring the service animal must be in possession of the animal at all times. Due to the nature of Crab Island tours, the guest and the service animal may be required to remain on the boat for the entirety of the tour. This is to ensure the guest’s safety as well as that of the service animal, Destin wildlife, other guests, captain and crew.
If The Captain needs to cancel the trip due to weather, a full refund will be processed or reservation rebooked if possible
If you arrive for your trip overly intoxicated, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if the Capt deems your condition a safety hazard.
Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility

We are highly disappointed about this trip. We were set to go on the sunset cruise at 6 pm. There were thunderstorms in the area all afternoon and a tornado watch issued until 7 pm. We called in the afternoon to check whether the cruise would be cancelled. They were busy canceling the afternoon cruises and said they would contact us by 1 hour before cruise time if it were cancelled. At 5 pm no one called. We called again. The person answering said he would check with the captain. We did not receive a call back. The weather radar still showed thunderstorms in the area. The group told us the next day that it had been sunny and that all cruises had sailed. They would not refund nor re-schedule the cruise. They said there was a window when it was safe. —It was ludicrous to us to continue on a cruise in such a short window of safe weather. Even though the company said they would never take us out were it not safe, that is ultimately for the consumer to decide. At minimum, a call from the group (whether captain or organizer) to confirm what they were seeing on their end and to give sufficient time for us to arrive based on the update would have helped in the final decision.

Weather was beyond ideal for the sunset cruise and we have screenshots and phone records from the captain(s) as well as from the office referencing how many times we all communicated from the day prior to your cruise up until departure. You were made well aware that we would NOT being calling if the trip was still on. You kept on calling hoping we had changed our mind. Did you know we cruise only in protected waters? Did you know we do not go out into the Gulf? Did you know that we stay in the Harbor and the Bay? Did you know that the tornado warnings you claimed were not even in our area? No, because we are experts in our field and you can remain an expert on controlling your own personal business. Unlike other systems that book for us, you had a 24 hour cancelation period where you could have exercised your right to cancel outside the 24 hours with no penalties. That is quite short notice for us, but a very generous option for you! We are not going to force you to go, but it is our policy that if you do not show for your scheduled cruise, you'll be considered a no show with no refunds. This is the policy you agreed to when booking. There was a storm that had passed and left us with a clear sunny sky and low winds just in time for a beautiful picturesque sunset cruise. All of our cruises scheduled went out safely. Our USCG licensed captains are experienced and vetted for. Part of their education is meteorology and refining their expertise in that sector. We have full confidence in all of our captains and their ability to make safe and educated decisions.

The directions they sent out beforehand were easy to follow, and easy to find the boats. The captain was friendly and funny and helped us take some awesome pictures, we even saw some dolphins! Highly recommend because everyone loves a good sunset, and being on the water just makes it that much better.

it was lit. highly recommend it. went to the beach and hung out. played bear pong and knock the bottle. also they don’t serve liquor but u can bring ur own.
