The owner refused to give us a refund. Even though a guy name Allan cancel the trip due to bad weather. The employee told us we were going to get an automatic refund. TripAdvisor is a 3rd party vendor. The owner was rude and sarcastic about the whole situation calling us a liar!

Maāam, you were a no show for your cruise. As per our cancellation policy, we do not do refunds within 24 hours of departure and certainly not for no shows. You were the one being dishonest saying your cruise was canceled due to weather. EVERY single cruise on all of our boats ran every trip that day. Not one cruise was canceled for any reason and certainly not for bad weather. Also we do not have anyone at our office named Allan. This was explained to you multiple times and this is the policy you agreed to.
