We allow service animals only. A service animal is any dog that has been trained to perform tasks to benefit an individual. The work performed must be directly related to the individual’s disability. According to the ADA, service animals for emotional support, therapy, comfort or companionship are not considered service animals. The guest requiring the service animal must be in possession of the animal at all times. Due to the nature of Crab Island tours, the guest and the service animal may be required to remain on the boat for the entirety of the tour. This is to ensure the guest’s safety as well as that of the service animal, Destin wildlife, other guests, captain and crew.
If The Captain needs to cancel the trip due to weather, a full refund will be processed or reservation rebooked if possible
If you arrive for your trip overly intoxicated, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if the Capt deems your condition a safety hazard.
Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility

Very relaxing and the captain was amazing! An amazing way to tour and learn about Destiny and take a trip to Crab Island! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about doing this!

The owner refused to give us a refund. Even though a guy name Allan cancel the trip due to bad weather. The employee told us we were going to get an automatic refund. TripAdvisor is a 3rd party vendor. The owner was rude and sarcastic about the whole situation calling us a liar!

Ma’am, you were a no show for your cruise. As per our cancellation policy, we do not do refunds within 24 hours of departure and certainly not for no shows. You were the one being dishonest saying your cruise was canceled due to weather. EVERY single cruise on all of our boats ran every trip that day. Not one cruise was canceled for any reason and certainly not for bad weather. Also we do not have anyone at our office named Allan. This was explained to you multiple times and this is the policy you agreed to.

It was fun to meet new people and learn “secrets” about Destin. The weather was perfect, the water was smooth the dolphin were active and sharing it as a family was perfect.
