Even though it is a timed entrance, it is still very crowded. There is a lot to read, and you just couldn’t get through it all with all of the people. There were several exhibits we didn’t get to see close up because of the number of people. Our listening devices also stopped working for 2 out of the 4 members of our group about halfway through the tour. They had told us there would be staff members available in case you needed help with them, but we saw no one. That was disappointing since the stories were neat to listen to. There are some great artifacts here like the Titanic deck chair, photos from the ship, and seeing some other actual items from the ship. The kids were disappointed that there were so many dishes and silverware and not more variety. It’s very educational though. The best part for our family was feeling the ice cold water and touching the ice berg. I’m glad we went, but it’s probably a one and done for us.

We apologize you had issues with your audio player. You have identified an issue we are all suffering in the tourism business - not enough crew members to cover the ship. Just know, we value the time you gave us and we are honored you were able to pay respect to the 2,208 Titanic passengers & crew. Thank you. Titanic Crew

Touching the water and the ice berg. Seeing the rooms they stayed in and the audios telling the stories about what happened. this attraction gives you such a sense of being there.
