I loved this tour! My friend booked it and I was thrilled as I love learning about a new city AND getting to eat a variety of local foods. I never would have known about Goetta if I had not been on this tour and I loved it! David was a great tour guide. There was a lot more walking than I thought which was good for me as I am a walker but not for a member of our group. I ended up with about 4 miles for the day which was totally unexpected. The exercise was great as I ate a waffle, chili, ice cream, groetta and cheesecake - yum!!

Thanks Agnes for sharing! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the tour of the city, the food and the time with David. I love goetta too, especially if it's from Eckerlin's Meat Market. We state 3 times on the website and in the confirmation email that the tour includes 2.5 miles of walking. It still catches some of the guests by surprise.

David, our guide, did a great job of telling the history of the area, pointing out landmarks and their significance and moving us along on our tour. We enjoyed the experience and the food. We highly recommend! #theTexasRVCouple
