Very nice place, but had extremely vulgar music playing the entire time. This is supposed to be a place for children, not adults... I wasn’t the only parent who made the comment. The music would be fine in a club, but not in a trampoline park where children are present. Would love to come back but probably wouldn’t if the same music was playing.

Staff is awful. I have been there 2 times and will never step foot back in. You better make sure your children are 42 inches tall cause they will not let them go out on the big trampoline even after they measure them and the cashier has said that they were 42 inches tall . They take your money. Our first visit the staff let our child play all over the big trampolines and he was not removed from them nor was he told he had to play in the toddler section because he wasn't 42 inches tall. He is right at the 42 inches even but they sold us tickets that would allow him to play on the big trampoline this place is a ripe offffff.

Our check in was poor, our clerk, Sarah P. was rude and very unprofessional. My friend and I came with our kids and was told we were unable to jump with them because we were over 70lbs...she offered no other explanation behind it, even though plenty of other adults were in the area with they’re children. So we were forced to sit upstairs, which was fine, if she had just handled the situation more professionally we wouldn’t have minded at all, so was just an all around rude person from the waivers to the payment, none of it was a good experience. We won’t be back.
