It was an ok place. Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. One staff member told another staff member that he hated it there & couldn’t wait to leave. Our nephew had fun so that’s the most important thing to us.

Overall, the rock climbing walls were a hit. The ninja course was decent, but the staff here lacks a lot. No one was really friendly and only the guy at the front desk seemed happy to be there. This place could be great with staff attitude changes. It wasn’t very busy for a Friday night when we arrived. The staff didn’t really watch the kids or direct them in what to do safely. The trampoline area was average. We would probably skip out on this one next time.

Hi there, thank you for your review! We'll definitely look into this issue with our staff as it is unacceptable. Thank you for telling us about it!

Our girls (almost 4 & 1.5) had an absolute blast in the toddler zone. The foam blocks were fun for them but we did have to help them “swim” out. The playhouse was good for the little one. We were ok hanging out with them and helping jump around but there wasn’t a single staff person that checked on the area during our hour. Some boys, larger than height requirements, were climbing all over the large trampoline for about 10 min while their mom took pictures. They didn’t run over my girls but did keep them from playing in that area. It was the best $20 we spent in Pigeon Forge but do be aware the staff can be a little lax.
