I asked if my weight would be an issue and was told no. I didnt think it would a problem but wanted to make sure. I weigh 211 pounds. The only 2 things open were the jumping and rock climbing. Everything else was closed. I tried to rock climb but they didn't have a big enough harness. I let managment know. They said they normally dont have issues but were sorry and gave me my money back.

Hi there! We’d like to look into this issue further. Could you please email us at [email protected]? We would like to know what was closed during your time here as we have everything opened now. If there was a portion of our attraction closed for any reason we would like to look into it. We are happy to hear our staff was supportive in giving you a refund. We look forward to hearing from you!

It took thirty minutes to get checked in. The computers wouldn’t print. And the waiver computers were on a timer so even if you wanted to read what u were signing u couldn’t because it would time u out and u barely had time to checked those boxes. The staff was not helpful at all. It was cheaper then the other jump places in town but I’ll gladly pay more to get a better experience.
