A cooler, ice, and bottled waters are provided.

Afterwards, lay in a hammock, order a drink, and enjoy the day at Cypress Cove Marina & Resort.

My wife, Kathy, and I thoroughly enjoyed our Central Florida getaway based in Clermont to celebrate our 38th anniversary, and our experience with Catboat Escapes on Clermont’s Chain of Lakes on Friday morning was a highlight of our trip. Our guide, Nate (the owner of the company), was very personable and professional and clearly has a passion for boating and sharing his slice of Florida paradise! The boats are comfortable, easy to operate, incredibly maneuverable and offer a fun way to experience the natural beauty of Lake Minnehaha, Lake Susan, the Palatlakaha River, Crooked Creek and the heartbeat of Florida’s Aquifer, the Green Swamp. The ecotour featured lots of gorgeous scenery, flora and fauna and interesting information, and Nate even turned us loose on the lake so we could truly experience the excitement and fun of catboating! We’ll be back with friends!

We recently moved to Florida and decided to use this trip as one of the ways to help us discover more about our community in Clermont, FL. It was a beautiful, sunny day on the water and our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. She made the trip interesting with her trivia questions and historical titbits of our surroundings. The two hours flew by quickly because we were having so much fun. We highly recommend this tour as one way of seeing the numerous lakes up close and learning about the history of their formation as well as the plants and animal life that reside in these areas while enjoying the beautiful landscape and views of Clermont, FL.

Grace and Richard were our guides and were very informative and kept the tour entertaining. We had a great time on the tour and even the 5 yr old said he enjoyed the tour and told me some of the trivia questions/answers he learned from it. It was a great time!
