I purchased this Freedom Trail tour for 2pm July 14th on Groupon two days before the date of the tour. On the day of, we arrived 10mins early at the meeting point, which is in Boston commons only to find out, after asking the tour people in the park that this particular tour meets a few blocks away by Court St. she was kind enough to give me a map tat lead us to the ACTUAL meeting place. Needless to say, when we got there the tour had already left without us. I tried to reach out to the company to give them notice that weā€™ll be 5-10mins late cause we were not informed that the tour meets elsewhere other than where weā€™re supposed to meet. PLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS WHERE THE ACTUAL MEETING PLACE IS NEXT TIME.

My family paid $15 each to do this walking tour on Saturday after July 4th atb11:30. We abandoned the tour after 30 minutes as it was so crowded (approx 80 people for the 1 tour guide) that it was hard to hear. We left the tour at noon as the church bell next to Boston Common was ringing and you really could not hear anything the guide was saying. I guess you get what you pay for but that $15 per person was overpriced during my tour!

A good tour ruined by a greedy company overbooking the 1130 tour. We booked the night before figuring there would be a limit on how many people can attend the tour. Obviously there was no limit! Pack ā€˜em in baby! If youā€™re going to have over 60 people in a single tour you need to give the guide a speaker and microphone. The guide himself was top notch ( what I heard, anyway), but I wouldnā€™t recommend due to size. Badly done, Histrionics.
