The Tour of The Freedom Trail by the Histrionic Academy is the best way to see Boston. You will meet your costumed guide in the Boston Common and hear about Boston's inspiring history. Following the freedom trail past several historic sites guests will be amazed by the stories of America's Founding Fathers, the American Revolution and New England's Colonial History. This walking tour Follows the Freedom Trail for approximately 1.2 miles from the Boston Common to Faneuil Hall.

Richard was out tour guide and was extremely involved and passionate about the landmarks along the tour as well as the history behind them. He did a nice job taking us back to the time of the events and give a perspective of the sentiment during the period.

I teach American History, so this trip was part vacation, part professional development. I learned so much from our guide, Private George Osborne (aka Andrew). He is a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge, and presents the information in a witty and engaging manner. What a treat to see my curriculum brought to life! I highly recommend this tour, and Andrew.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn about the Freedom Trail and Boston history. We had a great guide, Richard, who was very entertaining and informative. We made it to 14 of the 16 sites, we just didn't get across the river. He explained a lot and was a great speaker. We got our tickets through Living Social, which is even better since it saved us money. When we were done, we then walked back through the trail, stopping at things we wanted to see more of.
