Tournament of Kings at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is an immersive experience that brings medieval jousting and knightly battles to life. The interactive dinner show combines thrilling action with a delicious meal, transporting guests into a vibrant, historical world.

Tournament of Kings
Tournament of Kings begins with a visit from Merlin, who explains that each section of the audience is a ‘country’ and each country has a king. Prepare to cheer for yours as the show begins. King Arthur gathers the rulers of Europe for an extravagant banquet and competition. The kings test their knightly skills while riding horses. But here’s where things get interesting: The generous hospitality of King Arthur is met with hostility when the evil wizard Mordred invades the party. The kings of Europe must unite to defeat him. Be a guest at the banquet. Feast on a hearty roasted chicken and vegetables, plus bread and apple square for dessert. In true medieval fashion, eat using your hands; there are no forks or spoons. And don’t forget to raise your glass and give a hearty toast to the kings.

Took my 10 year old and he loved it. Action packed, lively and entertaining. Interactive and funny at times. Seats were great - even though we were in the back row of the Spain section we saw everything clearly. Service staff were friendly. Son requested a Shirley Temple and they brought one out no charge. Food was plentiful and decent.

Worst, most bland food I've ever had in my life. There are several things that happen during the show, it isn't limited to just jousting like some other medieval shows are. It was all very entertaining and overall very fun, but seriously guys, do something about the food.

This was our third Tournament of Kings Dinner Show. First was here in Vegas in 2019. Second was in Buena Park CA in 2021. Third time was here in Vegas again at the Excalibur in 2024. It's a bit corny, but wife and I always like it. It's fun to cheer for your jousting guy and they really put on a good show. Gives you a bit of feeling of what a real jousting event must have been like back in the day. I did not wear the paper crown, although most patrons did, including my wife. Food was good and fairly warm/hot. Seeing you are eating with your hands, like back in the day. We always bring food handlers gloves and extra napkins. Although back then they didn't have plastic gloves. We also saw the Pirates Dinner Show in Buena Park in 2020, but not as good and more corny.
