Very efficient and Friendly We were picked up at the airport and transported to our hotel and then picked up the following day to go to the cruises ship Both trips were Easy and the staff communicated with us regularly.

Worst communication ever! We had a reservation time and they changed it and blamed it on us. And then kept telling us that they were on there way and they were no where to be found . Would not answer the phone. Just horrible!
