Staff, GREAT!, Course GREAT!!, Had a blast, bought tickets to go again (3rd time for wife and kids, 2nd time for me). Get in shape, do pull-ups, push-ups, and squats, this will get you thru course 4. If you want to conquer course 5 do weighted pull-ups, bench press at least your body weight, and be able to at least squat your body weight plus 20 lbs. Yoga, do yoga and stretch. Take steroids to increase your muscle mass....just kidding, no steroids....bad stuff, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. Bottom line, you will have a good time. Just relax, you're on vacation..

Greetings! Thank you very much for climbing and zipping with us. I am excited that you and your entire family had such an amazing experience. Great suggestion on staying hydrated. Although our activity is physical to a degree, we pride ourselves on encouraging guests of all ages and abilities to come in and get their inner Tarzan on! We offer something for everyone and there is no need for intense training prior to arrival.
