I am nearly 70 years old and I completed four of the five courses.....in a million years I would not have attempted course 5. This was my second adventure and I can tell you that going during the week rather than on a weekend makes a great difference. Without crowds we progressed at our own pace.

My boyfriend and I went there for the first time & all the employees were extremely nice and very helpful when having trouble getting across the courses. The courses are so fun and get more challenging the farther you go. Definitely will go back!

I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with this Sarasota attraction! My fiancé is much fitter than I am and suggested we visit here during out 10 day stay! (I was sceptical being a larger lady and not as physically fit as all the other customers) we were welcomed warmly and shown a introduction video which made myself feel much more relaxed also knowing we had a trial on some of the equipment before being allowed into the corse. The staff were extremely encouraging in getting me to test out the harness on the trial so I knew it could support my weight which definitely helped me throughout the course. The first two courses were challenging to me, yet manageable! I felt as though I was overcoming my fear of heights and not rushed as it was a quieter day, the staff below are very encouraging and supportive and are there with you every step of the way. By time I got to the third course (there are five), I was beginning to feel physically tired, I took a break and sat on the bench to take a breather before I began to start the next course as I thought I would be able to continue. This third course proved to me that I wasn't as fit as I thought, I got half way round when another member of our team got abseiled to the ground as it proved too difficult, I myself thought if I could get through this zip wire would get to the end and finish my journey, however once on the zip wire I began to spin and bounced all the way back to the middle of the zip wire and need to pull myself to the end, I was exhausted and could barely hold myself upright wondering how on earth I was going to get to the next platform. The staff on the ground could see I was struggling and came to my rescue, he was not at all judgemental that I could not finish the course but congratulated me on the effort and determination I had put in. To begin with I was embarrassed but the dignity ALL staff gave me was impressive. I would agree that a certain level of fitness is required, but don't let that put you off pushing your boundaries and trying something new!

Wow! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing and uplifting story. You are awesome and way to go on stepping out of your comfort zone and completing the first three courses. That is a great accomplishment! Being rescued is part of the adventure and happens several times a day so nothing to feel embarrassed about. I am so happy that our guides were non judgmental, supportive, and encouraging. We have some of the best guides in the business and all we want is for our guests to be safe, comfortable, and have the most memorable adventure possible. Thanks again for visiting us and taking the time to write a review. We look forward to seeing you again in the future conquering course 4! -Ashley M.
