We went up with some friends to try out this ropes course. We had a great time and really liked the challenges. The biggest negative is the lady at the front desk, we called ahead to get some information and she wasn't very customer service oriented and we found this to be even more true once we were there. Fortunately she isn't out on the course with you! We ended up not being able to finish due to rain, but they have a great rain policy and we were able to get rain vouchers to come back another time - that's part of Florida in the Summer. Once we get over having to deal with their front gal we will probably make arrangements to come back up again and give it another go.

Hello, Thank you so much for your review and your visit! First, we are very sorry that the service you received from our guides at Basecamp during your check in process was not up to the same standards that we train for and expect from our guides and that which you received during the rest of your visit. We value your feedback so we can better serve you in the future. We would love to hear more details about the issues you experienced to better address them. Our operation manager Jason can be reached by email at [email protected] Thank you again for your review and we look forward to being able to give a better experience when you come back in with your rainchecks! Cheers!

The guides at Treeumph! are hardworking, fun, supportive and meticulous about the cleanliness of the whole park. Water was provided liberally and kept cold with ice in coolers throughout the park, for the cost of a very inexpensive wrist band. Before beginning everyone is required to watch a short engaging video on how to properly hook oneself into the anchors and transition from one to another. Participants are welcome to bail out any time and if a rescue is necessary staff are there to help out. Food on site, even just a small snack shack with some bratwursts fries, pulled pork, ice cream, smoothies, taco truck, anything would be a nice addition. Fans to stand in front of afterward would have been nice. Very hot today. Still fun.

I was anxious about going but as soon as I went through the practice course all that went away. The staff and course are very safety oriented so pay attention and follow the rules and you'll have a great time. The later courses are definitely a challenge and take some patience and upper body strength but worth doing. We had two teenage girls and they were able to complete all courses. It's worth buying water and if you don't have your own gloves it's a good idea because they are a help. It was busy but everyone was considerate and we never felt rushed. It works better with a small group, 4 or less, so you can help each other, encourage each other and stay together throughout the course. An amazing way to spend a few hours, of course earlier in the day is better for weather. And if you're worried about heights, you really don't notice it so much when you're concentrating on the obstacles. So much fun, a great option for those looking for something to do besides the beaches!!
