Trolley Tour in Historic Jim Thorpe

Overview

Our historic trolley tour goes from the visitor center at 2 Susquehanna St. through the Jim Thorpe Memorial, the Lehigh Gorge State Park, up Broadway past all the shops, restaurants, and museums to the Mauch Chunk Lake and drop off back at the visitor center. This 70 minute tour is a great way to see most of the town of Jim Thorpe, some of our beautiful natural scenery, great things to do while in town, and our historic buildings along Broadway! Our tour is a live narration with some of the interesting history of the town as well as our name sake.

Tour guide, Glenn, was very informative. He made the Tour fun with appropriate songs along the way. Was able to get a refund for our friends who could not join us due to illness. Booking and refund process were very easy to accomplish.

Wonderful tour with an excellent guide. It was a cold winter day, but the windows were covered with clear plastic, so it was quite comfortable.
