The Tahoe Whitewater Tour included a total of 10 boats, each with 5-6 people plus a guide. It started in Boca with slow-flowing waters. In between, there were always flat swimming areas, perfect to cool off on a hot summer day. The tour ended with some faster rapids in Floriston. Our boat also mastered the exciting finish easily. Only one boat of the entire tour capsized, but neat. It was a great adventure, but the river rapids where to small in overall.

Booked this tour for our family and my inlaws (two kids 7 and 10 and four adults). It was the absolute best experience. Ivan was the most polite and informative guide and I felt like he genuinely loves what he does. He gave us many fun facts and was very patient with all of the kid questions and our learning to paddle in sync. The scenery was breathtaking and Ivan pointed out many animals and gave us history of the area. Everyone we came in contact with from the guides to the the photographer to the driver to the front desk were so helpful and friendly and seemed to truly love what they do. A most definite must do for a trip to the tahoe area. I honestly wanted to do the entire thing over again right when it was finished. Kudos to Tahoe Whitewater Tours for the excellent experience they deliver. I only wish I could find an experience like this at every destination. Thank you Ivan and team for the most amazing day.

Local family run business with high standards and great adventures. The guides were super professional very skilled, knowledgeable in the history and flora and fauna as well as funny. The class 3 Plus rapids on our trip were easy enough for beginners for exciting enough for adventurous teens. I can't wait to do it again!
