My family had the opportunity to take a whitewater rafting trip with Tahoe Whitewater Tours and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We were lucky enough to have Ivan as our guide. He was great fun and very engaging, keeping our two daughters (11 and 10 years old) interested and involved throughout the journey. The time went very quickly and was a great combination of steady gentle currents downriver, where you could enjoy the beautiful scenary, and fun and technically challenging rapids. All the guides we experienced were both highly professional and focused on giving all participants a great time. We have been fortunate enough to go whitewater rafting on a number of rivers around the US and this experience was up with the best of them.

My wife doesn't know how to swim but we went for it. It was the most fun we as a family had. Timmy is an awesome guide. He is funny and made the whole trip enjoyable. We jumped in the water a few times when we were in the calm waters.

My husband and I were first-timers doing whitewater rafting and were a bit nervous at first. Thanks to our wonderful guide Adam, we quickly learned how to manage the whitewater and had great fun doing it. The scenery on the river was breathtaking and for the most part, the water was fairly easy to navigate with Class I and II. The Class III water was at the end of the trip. It was definitely challenging but with Adam’s instructions, we navigated through “Jaws” and “Pinball” successfully. The guides are real pros! We would highly recommend Tahoe Whitewater Tours!
