The ocean was so beautiful. I did enjoy the cruise however I didn’t see any turtles. I am not a strong swimmer so I was told I can hold on to the surf board. There was another person holding on as well. I was hoping someone would help us swim to the canyon to see turtles, but we were left behind to stay at the back of the boat. I had a life vest on so I was considering letting go & swimming to were others were. The wave/current was strong-for me-so I decided not to go. I missed out. For the amount of $ it cost, it’s a shame that I didn’t get helped to go see turtles. There should have been another surf board to hold on to to get guided to canyon. Staff was friendly.

The captain was thorough in explaining rules and safety measures but his young crew was very rude. We went with a group of friends and it was our first time snorkeling. We saw fish and turtles. The crew was made up of 2 young men and 2 women. One of the guys of the crew told my overweight friend, “if you don’t drown, I’ll buy you a double double.” Which was extremely discouraging for him and he didn’t go on the tour to get body shamed. And the 2 women crew members were both named “Nataly”. The Nataly with the curly blonde hair was very sarcastic and ill mannered. When a member of another party and myself were asking for further clarification and tips on how to successfully snorkel she responded with dismissing comments. I.e. We asked if the snorkel gear had to be a proper fit or breathing tips and she responded with “you just do it”. Very disappointed that we wasted our money on this tour, we should’ve went with a different company that had a smaller crowd and more beautiful waters. There are other options on the island. I don’t know how they have good reviews.

We had hoped to see some turtles and were not disappointed. From start to finish it was a first class experience. The Captain and crew were knowledgeable, eager to help, and good at their jobs. Our safety was paramount and their focus as well as making sure we had a fantastic time.I have already recommended this tour to a friend.
